About Georgia Elite

Georgia Elite brings Christian Values, Volleyball, and Fun together to Develop Champions. We provide players with the tools for volleyball and life beyond the court. To be a champion, you need to see yourself as a champion.

Christian Values

OUR LOGO TELLS THE STORY

  • Integrity

  • Discipline

  • Sportsmanship

  • Leadership

The shield and the cross in our logo represent Christian values. Georgia Elite’s leadership is comprised of Christian men and women who prioritize values that are essential for a purposed-filled life. We strive to honor God in everything we do and prioritize people first in our decisions and actions.

Likewise, the shield represents God’s protection, but also the strength, stability, toughness, boldness, and confidence that we wish to instill in our athletes. Furthermore, the shield in our logo highlights the fact that we will not retreat, nor surrender.

These values help promote an environment where your child will experience and learn:

The Olympic olive wreath, also known as kotinos (Greek: κότινος), was the prize for the winner at the ancient Olympic Games. It was a branch of the wild olive tree that grew at Olympia, in Greece, and it was intertwined to form a circle or a horseshoe. In the ancient Olympic Games, there were no gold, silver, or bronze medals. There was only one winner per event, crowned with an olive wreath.

At Georgia Elite, we believe in developing athletes who are winners in and outside the court. Our objective is to develop a spirit of competition that is intertwined with respect towards coaches, teammates, and opponents. We believe true champions stand out, not only for their skills but also for their character.

Volleyball is a team sport that takes more than individual physical skills to master. At Georgia Elite, our athletes' development focuses on all aspects of competition:

These skills, when learned and mastered on and off the court, will help your child succeed in every aspect of her life.

  • Strategy

  • Effective Communication

  • Teamwork

  • Fast Thinking

  • 6th most popular sport worldwide

  • 2nd most popular girls’ HS sports

It’s no wonder! Even though volleyball is highly technical on more advanced levels, it is a sport of low body contact and easy to learn.

At Georgia Elite, our coaches focus on the fundamentals of the sport and introduce more advanced technical skills and strategies to our higher-level teams. We teach progressive skills which means you can join our programs at any skill level and learn how to take your game to the next level.
